Someday I am going to ZapFitness...it is a great place for runners of all levels. I am tied to Zap as the founder, Andy Palmer, who died suddenly in 2002 or 2003, was a PhD Student in Sport Psychology at FSU when I was a Master Student. We had some great talks and he was wonderful person - very helpful, caring and always ready to give advice if asked.

When I learned that Andy has passed a way, it was then that I committed to running a marathon. In 2003 I finished the Chicago marathon in under 4 hours.
His wife Zika has been running the center and foundation since Andy's untimely passing.
