Summer means travel teams, tournaments and fast food

What do you feed your young athlete, superstar to be and athletic scholarship hopeful? These days anything you can afford that gives them calories to burn during these long, hot summer months of camps, tourneys, tryouts and combines!

Keep in mind that some foods are better than others for energy. These fast food breakfasts are very high in fat, which is ok if you are burning a ton of calories and are also getting the protein and carbs you need...but, typically I am not sure that happens.
